Very poor service delivery from Axxess!!

If you are looking for a new service provider then STAY AWAY from Axxess!!! Their online technical team have no technical knowledge and the management team is non existent!! I stopped receiving emails on my Axxess email inbox today. This email account is my work email account. The inexperienced technical team kept me on the line for hours only to be told that he (Luthando) does not know why I'm not receiving emails, the person he would like to refer me to is not at his desk, and so he left a message with the "very very busy" management team to call me back in a few minutes to resolve my issue as he (Luthando) is going home at 16:00. It was 15:30. 3 hours later I called back as I did not receive a call from the management team and I am not able to receive emails either. This time they informed me that this is an overall issue with Axxess email accounts at the moment and they don't know how long it will take to rectify!! Totally useless service overall!!
