VERY FRUSTRATING COMPANY TO DEAL WITH

Not answering the phone. If they do that person cant help you... endless frustrations with hosting not functioning.. cant move the domain somewhere else.. endless calls on telephone to get TRANSFER AUTHORISATION CODE.. being told it will come through mail.. resending it.. nothing arrives..
