Very disappointed customer...

I've had my fibre line with Axxess for a couple of years now and to be honest - no issues really. Until I needed to move house - then they showed how they truly feel about their customers. I have a 500/250 line, which is not cheap by any standard, yet the following is the logic Axxess used when I moved recently: 1) I need to cancel my line at the one property in order to activate at the other. Something that can simply be done on their system as both properties already have fibre installed. 2) I can't do this with them on the phone; I need to use their portal. Which begs the question, why then have service agents? 3) Their portal only allowed me to cancel in the following month and not the month I was moving in. I tried this in November & finally in December. 4) I called them again and they advised that it is not an issue; I will have the first month free at the new property. Meaning January 2024. 4.2) Only to find out that if you activate your line at the new property, they start counting that as your "free month" which means that I got 3 days of "free month" from them as I activated my line at the new property on the 28th of December. 5) They expect the customer to strictly adhere to the "One month" notice period, which was the reason I could only cancel end of January 2024 on their "portal", yet they are not able to stick to a "One month" free as they said on the phone call with me. 6) I explicitly asked the consultant if this will be double billed and was told absolutely not. 7) I got double billed none the less. The kicker here is - I was billed for the same contract; at the new property and the old property - so I essentially paid for January twice. All because their service agents cannot use a system to hit a cancel button - you are forced to use their website - which only has future dates available. In my mind this is daylight *******, and I will strongly urge anyone who cares to listen - to think twice about using them as a service. I know I am. Just be careful about when you cancel your line and also what their agents tell you - which are lies - because they will absolutely ***** you. Then on a second point - now having moved to the new property - I want to simply move my line from an upstairs room to downstairs - simple line pulling - if I had the tools I would do it myself. No, not with Axxess - this is according to them worth R1,8k - which is more than a Specialist visit at a doctor. I truly feel that they are not even making an effort to give any real service or at least be reasonable. I am not sure if calling them or logging any further tickets will be of any help - because their agents lie, and they will find a way to probably bill me twice for the same service again.
