Very bad service on pppoe

I’ve had very bad service from Axxess since we switched to pppoe, they don’t even respond to suppprt ticket on time, we depend on the internet for everything, from working, opening the gate and doors to watching TV, since switching to this so called pppoe which apparently offers improved service, but I have more than 15 network outages in an hour, you can imagine how many times I get disconnected in a day, the internet is just not usable.
