Very Bad Service

Good morning members, just want to inform you about the bad experience and service I have been getting from Axxess, which is a service provider for our fiber line, there communication is non excited. Did anyone else experience the same and how did you get your issue's resolved? Very unhappy client, for the second time, should have learned from my previous experience
