VERY BAD SERVICE
i am a new client to Axxess, and i must say that the service is terrible.<br> firstly- you sit for 30 minutes waiting for someone to answer the phone. <br> secondly- no-one knows how to help you, the agents don't know their system, they fumble on the phone when you ask them a question.<br> we requested a Rep of Axxess to come out to our offices and show us how the system works, Axxess does not have a rep, it was suggested that we send an email or open a \ticket"with our queries and they will get back to us. i sent a request on the 26/03/2015...I AM STILL WAITING!!!<br> """
