VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH AXXESS

Please be really careful with this company, I am having a really bad experience with this company currently. They deducted my bank account twice in April 2021. I have been going back and forth with them to get my refund, their phone rings non stop and no one is picking up. My ticket has not been answered, its almost a week now with this ticket still open and no valid response. I have emailed as well but no one is getting back to me and then spoke to one rude agent on their online chat. CAN YOU PLEASE REFUND THE MONEY YOU TOOK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.
