Very bad customer support.

I have never has such a bad experience from any hosting company, I exceeded my quota on my package, contacted customer support because I had no access to my mailbox to delete old e-mails, asked the agent if she can temporarily increase my quota so that I can delete old e-mails, she said that it's not allowed. I accepted that, rules are rules. Now I upgraded my package and now none of my mailboxes are working and I keep getting reassigned to other agents, it seems like Axxess does not feel anything for small companies. I will NEVER refer anyone to Axxess. What a joke.
