VERRRRY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!

Shocking service... or should I say... No service. After phoning 7 times today... Being put on hold for over 10 minutes a few times... I still have not had my problem sorted. 5 different call centre operators told me 5 different things. They have nooooo clue. I'd fire the lot. I pay for uncapped, unthrottled and unshaped service and I get throttled every month. I have an outstanding issue from a while ago, where I was told I would be seeing a technician. Gave my address, made a time.... and I'm still waiting. Time to change my ISP me thinks. Axxess you are awful!!!!
