Usless Service Provider

Do I really have to rate them at all? They are a dam disgrace. I spent hours and hours on the phone with their "support" team trying to get my internet connected. Entering IP addresses adding this going here unplug this switch this off, switch this on etc etc. Well let me tell you they were extremely quick in sending me a invoice for a month. From the day I joined their company I had no internet at all but they want to bill me the month.

I made one call to Openserve, a lovely man arrived at my home, one phone call later and everything was working?

If you want want to be disappointed join Axxess. Their support team is not aware that the average man on the street knows nothing about DOS, URL and who knows what else.

Do yourself a favor find a different service provider!!!!
