USLESS COMPANY

Axxess is so useless. I cancelled my account on the 31/12/2019. I then moved to Supersonic for MTN fixed LTE which I cancelled today. Sim card was disabled straight away. I removed the MTN sim from my router and decided to check the Telkom sim from Axxess, and found that it is still active with 80GB data on it. This shows that Axxess has no idea how to fully cancel an account. My portal is still active. Luckily I changed all my details
