Useless, unprofessional and unstable hosting

I signed a client up for cPanel hosting a few months ago. All went well until Axxess decided to save themselves a quick buck at our expense and tossed out cPanel, replacing it with an amateur and buggy system called CWP. In the process, they quietly removed email forwarding WITHOUT INFORMING US, so we received no booking notifications for December, costing us potentially tens of thousands of rands over the season. They also quietly disabled auto-renewal of Let'sEncrypt SSL, , AGAIN WITHOUT INFORMING US, so, for the last few days, the site has been inaccessible, which happened to coincide with a lovely promotional article of the venue in the newspaper. People who went through to the site after reading it were greeted with a "Your connection is not secure message". And now, on top of it all, Wordpress is unable to send any emails whatsoever. Urgent support tickets are responded to in a week's time, if you're lucky. I feel like a complete idiot for recommending these people to my clients as a hosting solution, and am in the process of getting them to cancel and move to a hosting company that knows what it's doing. NEVER AGAIN!
