Useless Support Staff

Now I understand why Axxess has not been ISP of the years since 2017. Call centre staff are totally useless. It took my endless phonecalls to get my fibre up yesterday. Eventually got it up after I had to guide the support staff - they did not know what steps to follow. Today the 20mbps line is running at 0.22mbps. Call centre just claims that they do not know what is wrong. When asking to speak to a team leader I was made to wait 15 minutes on the phone while she (Pelisa) were "testing" my line. They are useless!!!!!! Maybe get some male staff - they were better in the past.
