useless service

Most useless service in the world device was installed 13th since then only the LAN cable works cant connect to the WIFI the 18th i was told to pay pro rata before they can fix it up until today the 23rd i cant connect to the WIFI as its shows incorrect password and not one off those useless agents can assist you nor can a manager phone you because they know there service is **** as they told it myself over the phone while struggling to get this resolved
