Useless service

I had Axxess in Randburg with Vumatel, some issues in the beginning which was sorted. The customer service is very bad but the internet was good. I moved to Krugersdorp and though I would give them another chance. The service has been utterly useless and results in myself losing money as most of us are working from home now. After numerous emails, which they don't read, and numerous phone calls where they don't listen to me explaining the problem and stating that I have done all their tick box exercises numerous times (3 times in one day), they still have not sorted out the extremely unstable fiber internet. I have explained that the problem probably is with Evotel but they seem to not care at all about engaging with their service provider to just send a team out to inspect the line. They are utterly useless and don't listen at all
