Useless service

Useless, I suggest everyone that has internet through them cancel, they cancel my internet on the 1st of every month even though my payments are made on the last day of the previous month. This is the 3rd day this month I have not had any internet and now I am told my line is deleted due to non-payment, yet they have confirmed they got my payment. There are never any supervisors or Managers available to speak to, clearly they never work and the staff that answer the call centre are not helpful and each one has a different excuse. Pathetic
