Useless Service

I reported on Tuesday 10 June 2025 that my Fibre was not working. I sent them a picture of the Fibre box to show them that only the power light was working and no Internet. I have made repeated call to them and they cannot give me any real feed back. I have called Vumatel for the 2nd time and they say that Axxess has not reported it to them. There is no urgency or genuine interest in fixing my problem. It is 16 June 2025 and still no Internet. Pathetic service and Company. They do not deserve anyone's business.
