Useless Service

Shocking Service. Where have all the competent staff gone? This is suppose to be a company with won multiple ISP of the Year award. they need to return those awards as there level of service is more appalling than Telkom. The level of support and attitude for there support staff is pathetic. They need a new dev team on the app as its useless and misleading. Give me my data i paid for it really isnt that difficult. The Axxess app says i have 43GB left when i phone support as i cant axxess the internet they say i have 3GB.
