Useless ISP Axxess!!!!

Useless ISP!Absolutely USELESS.Did I mention they this is the most pathetic and useless ISP!!!Most days there are no internet connection!I am creating tickets like crazy and no response.They would answer a few days later and say that there is internet.And yet we cannot even use the internet because there is no ****** connection!!!!!!No refunds!
