Useless axxess

Since i started using fibre 2 years ago, provided to me by axxess, i have had intermittent internet access every day. Everytime i log a fault, or try to, they want me to do a speed test, and reset everything. This does not solve anything. Ive requested a technician to be sent out to resolve the issue, but theyre unwilling to assist. I will go back to ADSL as i had no issues there. axxess is useless in my opinion.
