Useless and shocking service

Useless! I am constantly having issues with my internet and now you have stopped responding to my emails. My internet speed has been 0.32 mbps for the past month and you keep sending me troubleshooting steps that DO NOT work. You charge me for a service and you don't deliver. Absolutely useless and shocking service.
