Useless and no service

Really useless, *********** and closely ******** domain hosting from axxess. David from nciss IT services registered a domain for our business, but registered his details, which is ********, and should have registered the client detail pertaining to the client and company, as they paid for their domain and obviously then own it. Then David deleted the domain or let it run out, as he's nowhere to be found, after trying two weeks to get hold of him, yet after trying to get our domain up and running again for our business at axxess, they just say sorry it's my problem I must get David and sort it out myself? But all the while axxess does businesses with people like this and entertain this behavior, which in turns put the blame on them also and just shrug their shoulders? Unacceptable to me. So now my domain was deleted without any knowledge or consent and my bus3suffers as a result and both David and axxess just says its my problem???
