Useless and indifferent to customers

The MTN fixed LTE is a extremely unreliable but what frustrates me the most is that you have to phone 5/6 times and hold for 10 minutes each to reach them. Most of the times they simply do not pick up. They do not resolve or phone back...And you have to log a ticket online - how the hell are you going to log a ticket without internet??? As a person who works from home, no internet means a loss of income. Their reaction is that of indifference. The tech support takes all the heat and management cannot be reached...
