Useless and a ****

A **** and poor service to say the least. I've been asking for assistance for the past 2 going onto 3 weeks. You buy a day and night time combo, but what nonsense because you cannot even keep track of your data being used! All of the sudden you just get cut off! And on my dashboard it says that I have 2 combos. I've been asking for weeks to delete it, but it's still there.
