Unsupported customer support/ line department

Customer support / Line department is useless. They left me in a dark. It is now more than 2 weeks since I placed an order for fibre internet and still no service. ONT modem received and Vumatel came to install, however line activation is still not done. And they sent me pro-rata invoice already for payment! I'm calling everyday for more than a week, but nothing is helpful. They just log a ticket and goes home! Nobody cares to call me back to give me an update.
