Unsatisfying experience

<p>For a couple of months now i have been struggling a lot with my internet connection. I have had bad experiences with a few ISP's and i was hoping Axxess can provide a good one. It started off great, but now i sit with a recurring problem and they don't want to help fix it. I have phoned the numerous times and also left messages on their costumer online help section where i only get one reply and no further assistance whatsoever. At this moment i am paying for someting that i am not actually getting. I can't stream anything or watch YouTube videos most of the time, due to some sort of intenet connection problem even though the line speed should test fine. </p> <p>I have the premium uncapped service and at this moment there is nothing premium about it. I don't download much and streaming is my main online activity.</p> <p>I hope that i am not the only poor soul having this problem.</p>
