Unsatisfactory response from Axxess and still no installation

After 16 emails and calling Frogfoot myself - I get a call from someone at Axxess to say oh I see Frogfoot called you!!!! I say Noooooo I called Frogfoot who can only install in 5 August.!!!! Bearing in mind I app**** on 1 July to make the transition as smooth as I could to avoid affecting my work. Well that was not to be and the cost of data to date is ridiculous. I've requested immediate attention No such Luck!! I'va also asked to be reimbursed for the cost of my data to data but guess what no response there either. Im really at the end of my tether now. I don't think they even take cognizance of there reviews.
