Unprofessional and just rude. Wake up axxess!

Been with axxess for over a year and all of the sudden most awful service ever, spoke to a Warren on their live chat, what a chop this guy is, unprofessional and just rude. Wake up axxess you are losing clients by the day and just because of rude people working for you.

My problem stared with this cell c swop out thing....... got mtn and now my new router a bought for cell c is now not good enough for mtn.........really.....it was working 110% with MTN sim and then 2 days later "poef" sim locked because now all of the sudden it is not compatible with this router...........*** man it can work with this router you guys are just *****.......anyway...........I just cancelled my service with you and will get a new provider, it is not like you are the only internet provider....cheers vir eers
