Unprofessional and acceptable service.

Changes are made to your account that increases your monthly fee without consulting with the client. They say an email has been sent regarding this and yet nothing was sent. When asked to change it back, they say they can't and thats not procedure. Staff are not trained enough, i suppose because they are *********** and have no clue whats going on. I see that my account has still not being changed to my original fee. I will certainly not pay the account on the 1st of next month if its not changed. I'll give rain a try. Fiber companies are taking us for a ride and its absolute nonsense
