Unhappy customer 😑

I have been with Axxess for almost three years, but lately I am very disappointed. Since the recent price increase, the service has become very poor. I paid the full amount this month, yet I am not receiving the quality of fibre service I am paying for. My connection has been buffering constantly since the 6th of August, and although I reported the issue, I have not received any assistance.

I kindly request that this matter be resolved urgently, otherwise I will have to reconsider continuing with your services.
