UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I was excited to get an internet service provider. I received an awful service just when I started with them. I paid the proforma invoice router arrived, but it never worked 3 weeks went by and still no internet finally cancelled now I have to pay cancellation fee for something that never even worked.
