Unhappy customer

I was shown to axxess by so many people as it being the best internet provider company. I have never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life. When I looked for internet I specifically phoned in stating my needs and was shown to a package which I took. Package got connected where I had no connection after 7pm even tho I stated I need a full 24h working line. Asked for a different package where I am told I can’t upgrade within the first 6months. Asked to cancel 999 cancellation fee!! After stating how unhappy I am as a customer I was told I’m sorry to hear that in a cheeky way!
