UNHAPPY CLIENT - SERVICE SUSPENDED UNDULY

Good Day,

My name is Amu Mombedzi, I have been using Axxess for over a year now and the service was great until recently when my account was suspended even when I made payment and when I log a call they keep say I need to attach my pop which I did a few time.

There's a top-up which they refuse to credit which is now causing them to suspand my connectivity unduly. They have credited the bothers and are now passing the buck and no-one is actually willing to assist.

I am honestly not happy with this service and their team and the response they keep giving.

I WANT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY MAKES DECISION AND NOT Lindiwe & Angelica because they are NOT helping.
