Unhappy

I am very disappointed in Axxess, i have been a loyal customer for years. I even recommended new customers to them this is what i get. I have MTN Fixed LTE 50Mbps plan for R350 eith them, it was working fine until recently. When i stream i get buffering, i contacted them to say i have slow network. One of the agents told me that the 50mbps didn't start in the month of February 2024, it was still on 2Mbps. So they said that they will reset it, and i must reboot my rooter, which i did. Still it didn't work. Later on the 12th i contacted them again. They told me that i used 162gig of data from the 1st of February 2024 until the 12th February 2024. I told them now anyone in his right mind knowd that it is impossible to use that much data is such small time. With all the loadshedding as well. I explained the agent that i was told that the it was on 2mbps and not 50mbps. I had to spent R400 on data so we can watch TV, i bought data out of my own pocket because speed is on 2Mbps. This is unacceptable and ridiculous really. When we are promised uncapped data, which is not uncapped at all. It's said when we reach 100gig it will go down to 2Mbps.
