Unexplained data usage (27GB) during loadshedding

I have noticed a 26GB usage on my 20Mbps uncapped fibre line for today. This is incorrect.

As per your data usage tool, there was usage between 8 AM and 10 AM this morning, as well as between 4 PM and 6PM, when both times there was load shedding. More over I do not even have 26gb free space available on my pc or my 8GB storage phone, your data usage for today is completely wrong. I did nothing more than normal with my internet today, moreover it is my experience that for most of the day, connectivity was at best described intermittent, with very slow speed and high ping when ever you managed to get online.

To others, if you are on a capped package, I would recommend checking your data usage daily as there seems to be an intentional or accidental spike in caps usage due to an issue by Axxess
