UNEXPLAINABLE DATA DEPLETION

My Monthly data package was topped up on the 4th with 30GB, I have not been online doing any da******ensive browsing or downloading. I downloaded 4GB of videos from youtube ( some of this was using night time data) and now suddenly im left with 4GB, I find this highly impossible. This is also apparent on my own personal Telkom SIM.
