Understanding the bigger picture

After months struggling with my end users being blocked due to shared hosting policies, I received prompt and great help from the Web Hosting team to move my website and its domains to a cloud host so that I can have better control over my users experience.

Having been an Axxess client for many years, having up's and down's as the company has grown from its small offering into the larger ISP it is now, it felt good to have this level of service coming from Axxess and I have now stopped seeking alternative ISP's (My experience had degraded to that level)
