Unconfigured modem from Axxess

Just ordered a new MTN 5G service with a bundled ZTE 5G modem.

Process was simple enough and delivery was quick.

But surely Axxess could configure the APN settings onto the bundled modem that they are supplying? Even Telkom does that.

The modem does not pick up signal - and it was ordered for my Dad, who is non-tech, and in another town.

Now how does Axxess expect us to use the new service, without having to drive all the way there - and activate the APN.

Please ADD a notice to that effect, on the ordering process.
