Unauthorized debit order

I just opened up an account with axxess and they have chosen to take funds from my account mid month without my authorization. Debit order is authorized at the end of each month. After several emails, they are choosing to ignore me. They close tickets without resolving it with customers. They give you an amount then charge a different amount. Axxess, I suggest you contact me by tomorrow and transfer my funds back immediately. Prove me and all the others on this forum wrong by actually offering some service. Even if it's mediocre. Thanks
