Unauthorized Debit Order

Good Day.

I had great service and no complaints with Axxess since I have been with them. But on the 7th Oct they deducted R375.00 from my account (Debt Order) which I never authorized to be deducted.

I then phone in twice for assistance. They said I bought an Top Up of 10GB and then 20 GB which added up to the amount of R375.00.

I did a top up in Sept 2019 but that was deducted already on the 20 Sept 2019 and 23 Sept 2019.

WHY WOULD I DO A POPUP if I have 90GB something left for the month?

I need this as a refund ASAP, because this is not acceptable. Otherwise I WILL cancel my account service with Axxess.
