Unauthorised Debt Order

I had an account with Axxess and I cancelled my account (Cell C LTE 200GB) with them. I then received a package from Axxess with MTN Sim and a Huwawei LTE Router which I didn't signed up for.

I phoned accounts and asked to speak to a manager and they keep on putting me through to reception?? I have been paying R250 and R845 for something I'm still waiting on them to collect? Can someone please assist me?

I need that money back into my account ASAP.
