Unacceptable service from technical support at Axxess

I have spent so much time trying to resolve an issue that I pay for, the technical service is very bad at Axxess, i have made at least 20 calls to resolve a static IP issue, i have been given the run around and different answers and no resolution, I am done. cancelling all my business with Axxess tomorrow!
