Unacceptable hosting non-support from AXXESS

I have had a domain with AXXESS since 2016. When I first started, I had very good service from this ISP. Over a period the support has deteriorated to such an extent that all the staff I have had dealt with have an attitude of “I couldn't care less about your problem”. They are ARROGANT, RUDE, SPEAK OVER YOU. Need I say more? TWICE NOW WITHIN TWO WEEKS I have had the problem having no emails on the two domains hosted by AXXESS. My wife had to send urgent medical reports to a doctor by 14:00 today. Well she couldn’t. It was extremely embarrassing. The consultants won't listen to you and tell you have made a mistake. Having no support for hosting over weekends and public holidays is just not acceptable. I get the idea that AXXESS doesn't care about the customers who host. I spoke to EMMANUEL on Sunday (16/06/19) who told me to send an email as their hosting doesn't work on weekends and public holidays. When I insisted, he tried to get hold of the standby technician but he wasn't answering his phone! SO MUCH FOR BEING ON STANDBY. Today (17/06/19) I spoke to NATHI. He was very arrogant, speaking over me. When I spoke to him at times he didn't answer and all I heard was silence. I have been with AXXESS because I was told that they are an efficient ISP. It was like that when I started but no way is it like that anymore. As far as I'm concerned they have become the WORST ISP in South Africa. I am not prepared to take the insults I received from their consultants. It is about time that MR FRANCO BARBALICH (Founder & Marketing Director) and MR ANDREW SIMPSON (Chief Executive Officer) knew what was going on in their company. I suggest they listen the calls I had with their consultants. My problem with not being able to use my emails has not been resolved. There is obviously a fault on AXXESS' system. The emails are stopping when nobody was using emails. It would then start again after a few minutes and stop again for hours. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS UNACCEPTABLE PROBLEM?
