Unacceptable

Quick to take your money for services but not so quick to give the service. Been struggling with connection for the past 3 months and absolutely nothing is being done about it... I'm paying for a service but I'm required to do all sorts of checks!! Will definitely cancel my service and I'll make sure not to recommend them to anyone!!!
