Unable to rectify problem

I have been a customer of Axxess for around 4 or 5 years now, and I have now reached the end of my patience.

I upgraded from ADSL to Fibre and I am all of a sudden unable to access www.news24 com. I get a message "Protected by Family Axxess". This is not my issue. This was working before the upgrade and is not working now.

If this is not resolved by COB tomorrow I will take my business elsewhere. I don't want a call to ask me to please try this or that, you are the ****ing ISP so sort out your ****.
