Pathetic service It takes you almost 2 weeks to respond to us about our viber line and then inform us that it will take another week or so depending on Vumatel.

I phone you to try and get information regarding this and I get out on hold for 12 min waiting. And then I'll be told it's Vumatel that's taking forever
