Treat your existing customers poorly at your peril

After being a loyal customer for many years with Axxess and Openserve . I am told that I may not subscribe to the special currently running (about 2/3 of my current bill ) as that’s only for new customers . Must be nice to feel like you can treat existing customers as if they hold no value . Definitely doesn’t drive any brand loyalty, will be looking around ……..
