Trash service provider I have ever encountered

I have had this wifi for more than a year but every month I got next work issues at least 30 days a month where I loss network and unable to work. I had a late payment called in to make a payment my wifi was cancelled tried to reinstate it and I got transferred from one department to the other I had to start shouting and getting upset for someone in that call centre to start taking accountability.. This nice lady Nomonde promised me to notify my when this is resolved and It has been reinstated it has been three weeks since that call with this lady. She never emailed or notified me about my wifi. Today I called in to fix me wifi asking feedback apparently it was reinstated and I was never told now it is in the process of a cancelation again. I have never had such horrible service ever.. What a dumb of a network the customer service was also trash. The agent told me since it is Sunday there is no manager/supervisor to speak to imagine this madness no management on the floor for escalation.. I Wish there was someone who can assist me but I have been **** to and now It has cost me so much so pay for data to keep working at home this is totally horrible
