****tiest support by far. Stay away!!!!

Axxess just keeps proving what an unprofessional company they are. I ordered an LTE sim and had to contact them numerous times for an update on the tracking number etc. Days later when I got a response I already made other arrangemnts and cancelled via their support tickets because you could not downgrade or cancel via their dashboard.

These mofo's billed me the full amount in Jan for a service I am not using. Before you sign up with this unprofessional company that dgaf and have the ****tiest service ever, rather save yourself the money, time and frustration and go with another company. They are cheap but their support is useless!!!! Reported these mofo's to ICASA
