Throttling without reason.

<p>I have a 4Mb Premium uncapped account with Axxess, My average usage every month is about 260GB, never have I been throttled and never has my payment been late... I have used about 110GB of data for this month, 18th of April 2017. The normal download speed should be 450Kbps, I am getting between 80 and 100.... They cannot give me a reason why my internet is so slow and they are not being very helpful at all. I am paying them R499 per month for internet and I cannot use it. I need them to fix this issue as I use this connection for work and need to download files, thus the reson for me getting the premium uncapped.</p>
